In my case I am the primary applicant and my wife is secondary applicant. Can I submit my application once I receive my ECA or will I have to wait for hers? She has a four year Bachelors in Engineering.

Also, someone here has written that WES has stopped displaying/sending PDF and we have to wait for hard copy. Is it true?

That was my dilemma as well. We can always submit our profile without our spouse’s ECA, but it would be lower. We could just update our profile once we get their ECA number, and hopefully be included in the draw!

Someone has received his/her ECA just a few days ago- and I assumed he/she was able to receive a pdf copy.

Oct 2: account was created.

Oct 17: Documents were received by Wes.
Oct 24: Same update: Documents were received by Wes
We sent an email to Wes earlier to seek an update. Then,
Nov 12: Documents were accepted. Expected completion date: Dec 10.

Anyone who has the same timeline?

Or anyone who has recently received their evaluation? Is it still common to receive the results a few days earlier than the due date?

My WES evaluation is still under review. I have one confusion. My order details in WES account show - Your current evaluation type is a Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) IRCC - ICAP
.
However it says
Document-by-Document Evaluation (ECA)

For immigration is it the correct option?
