I can't sleep dreaming about WES evaluation. I never wait like that. I can't do anything except checking the WES status on the platform. Does anyone have the same symptoms?? When I contact them I receive this email :

Your inquiry in reference to a status update has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review.

May I know for how long did you wait before emailing them? Did you email them at all after they gave you a due date? Thanks!

Not after getting the due dates.

I have the same timeline as you for a UK degree. I was told to expect an update EOD 16th when I called on the 15th evening (morning in Toronto), but no movement so far. I will give them another call this evening I guess.

Called them again a few minutes ago. I was told that I should expect the update in a day or two, same as the last time.

6/28/2019 - Statut "On hold" (waiting for university second verification)
7/9/2019 - Your evaluation is in progress. You do not have to do anything right now.

7/15/2019 - Your evaluation is in progress. You do not have to do anything right now

How are people here getting responses over call so easily!? I have been trying to contact them over +14169720070 using "Hangouts"... All I get is "All of our representatives are currently assisting other applicants.. blah blah..."
I dialed the above number and selected options 1,1,1,5....

yes you are doing it right. I am waiting since 40min and nothing. Yesterday someone answer and close the conversation after telling hello

Yes. That's correct option and unfortunately,you have to wait for 30mins or longer.

3 weeks ago, my husband called them at 3 am indian time so I guess it was 3 pm there in Canada and they picked up quite fast (5mins). But maybe because it wasn't busy that day and nearly end of day? That's why not may applicants called? Or maybe he was just lucky

I have to wait for half an hour as well when I called them last friday at 10pm Indian time.

I finally get them on the phone. It takes 45min to have them. She told me a generic response and nothing can be done. You just need to keep waiting.

I wanna ask everybody here for helping in this matter. I already sent my own documents to WES for assessment, and once I completed my application it shows that the type of evaluation is document-to-document evaluation while I am looking for course-by-course as required by CIPS. During the application, they did not offer me to choose whether it is course-by-course or document-by-document. I think their procedure is the document-by-document is a mandatory evaluation first and then you can upgrade for course-by-course. is there anyone here can confirm my understanding or even clarify it? or how can I change my request to course-by-course if it is available without docs-by-docs. For your info, my status is still under progress as they received my docs on July 11th 2019. I look forward to hearing from you guys. Thanks

What's the purpose of your ECA? Is for immigration or for continuing education?

my assumption is , it is for immigration, to ensure your studies from an university is legit and not forged. I am not sure if Academics need an ECA

If it's for immigration then why @AhmadKH wants course by course assessment? ECA required by IRCC is document by document and you can't select it yourself as WES already automatically select it if he chose the option "IRCC" when he submit the ECA application?

You are right. But my case is a bit diffrenet as I am applying through SINP immigration program which needs CIPS (CIPS is an association of IT professionals) in addition to wes but they need it course by course.
