Unrelated to the timeline, for those who have gotten their evaluation report already, is it normal to have only the Master's degree listed under "CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY" and not the Bachelor's degree? Both degrees are listed under the subsequent section, "CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS", but only the Master's is indicated under the equivalency summary section. Just wondering if that's how it's supposed to be.

Still no update after 1 month of review but I get this message on the status page:
"Note: Due to an unusually high volume of academic credentials sent to WES, there may be a delay in the completion of Educational Credential Assessments (ECA) for IRCC. We will provide an update when all of your documents have been reviewed and accepted. Please know that we are working diligently to complete your evaluation as quickly as possible."

I guess I'm not the only one.

Still no update after 1 month of review but I get this message on the status page:
"Note: Due to an unusually high volume of academic credentials sent to WES, there may be a delay in the completion of Educational Credential Assessments (ECA) for IRCC. We will provide an update when all of your documents have been reviewed and accepted. Please know that we are working diligently to complete your evaluation as quickly as possible."

I guess I'm not the only one.

@SASH8288 What is the process for new credentials upgrade? Can we follow the old policy which allows us to send the transcripts directly or should we follow the new policy from Dec-1st Where the university needs to send the transcripts directly to WES? Please help.

Hello....Transcripts should be sent directly by the university....

WES sent for my transcripts for verification. I called my university and they said they have replied to wes. Now in how many days does WES update the status from on hold?

Bachelors and Masters from Turkey.

Feb. 02nd - Created an account and made the payment.
Feb. 05th - Shipped the documents via courier
Feb. 07th - Courier confirmed documents reached WES.
Feb. 11th - WES: "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 2/11/2019"
Feb. 21st - WES: "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 2/21/2019"
March 15th. - WES: "We are reviewing your evaluation report. Status last updated: 3/15/2019"

"Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time."

Update for my report:
Got a message on 3rd March saying that the evaluation will complete on 15/03.

The evaluation did complete on 15/03. Got the PDF on the same day.

Took about 50 days from receipt of documents to completion.
