Well, reading through most comments here, I must be in the worst situation!

On the onset, I did the mistake of having added my bachelors, diploma and masters degree for ECA instead of the highest degree which I realized post reading through your comments

1. Bachelors & Diploma - Christ College & St Josephs (Autonomous Colleges), India - An assessment was previously completed for WES USA, and the report transferred for WES Canada for current ECA application
2. Masters - Australia - Shared through Myequals

WES Application submitted and all document received - 19/3/2019
3 Status updates since then and the final update at 4/10/2019 - We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).

I have reached out to WES multiple times over this period seeking an update but all I get is a generic reply. The current status has been 'Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review' but since then, no further updates. I was hoping since the US WES report was already completed in a very detailed manner for each credit, and the master degree was from Australia - the whole process will be faster. I'm not able to comprehend the delay or have no clue why the documents are not approved/results released. WES customer care has been no help at all. The most annoying part is that it's been 35 business days / 50 days since WES received all documents, but haven't been able to approve or process them. This has been the most inept service and often, I'm reminded why patience is/was a virtue.

I have also submitted my bcom degree for evaluation ( done it from Christ ).
Could you tell whether yours was evaluated as a 3 or 4 year equivalent?

It's a longer wait than 35 business days for sure... I contacted WES through twitter on 2nd May, got a generic response. Filled the online web form through their website on 3rd May, got their response yesterday and also the status got changed following this response.

35 days is counted after the day they accept your documents, in your case it is showing on 19 day, be happy about it

Congrats!! My report is due on 9 May but haven’t received anything till now..in the past I have seen they normally issue it one day in advance. Anyone else with due date of 9th May??

Oh coz as far as I know, they do a final status update like “your evaluation is under final review”. And then next day you get your reports...

Thanks for the response.But,I don't think my university sends the document directly to WES.Not sure what are my options here.I'm from Madras university

Check if someone has done from Madras univ - check in forums.. you might get some lead..
