Send a query on 20 march by Twitter and today they updated status as above.
I was in the same boat. It took 3 weeks after the "We are reviewing your documents" update to move to "Evaluation in progress".
My spouse has had the 3 weeks timeline as well.
Her last update changed to "Evaluation in Progress" on 04/04. With evaluation due for completion on 25/04.
Have been following this thread and received a lot of helpful info. Thought I'll share my timelines as well. Had sent documents for both me and my husband.

My timelines were exactly 1 day later than his on every stage so I am hoping to get the Evaluation email tomorrow for myself (We got 1 for him today).
Took about 4 months. Applied B.Des degree from NIFT Hyderabad, India.
But once they got the transcripts (sometime around 13th March), it took us about 5 weeks.

Timeline: Documents sent in late January and they received early Feb.
Documents sent to University by WES on Feb 21 for secondary verification
University received the documents on April 6
University replied on April 11
April 16: Status changed to In Progress.
April 23: Got a due date.
So basis the last few messages, I am calculating an estimated 50 day time line for getting the documents evaluated.
Edit 1: It seems I am wrong here. With new updates posted by members, documents were received in February and reports are due in May. So, that is 90 day time line.
Update 1: My documents reached yesterday and now the long wait starts. I wanted to apply for the July draw, but looks like I will have to wait.
