Aug 1,2020 = WES account creation
Aug 5,2020 = Submitted to university to send M.E degree documents to WES
Aug 13,2020 = Request completed to send documents (B.E degree) in Anna university through online
Aug 27,2020 = Checked with university where i did M.E degree about WES documents status since my university sends documents to WES electronically
Sep 2, 2020 = Update from WES says "All documents were reviewed and accepted." and "The estimated completion date of your evaluation is 9/30/2020"

My B.Tech degree documents are yet to be sent to WES from Anna university.

Hi guys

my secondary verification documents from my university arrived at WES officee on 4 August and according to WES website they have already processed documents they have processed the documents received until 2 september. I have already rang WES customer care twice and also sent them email once, from them all I hear is they will escalate the process. But until now nothing has progressed so far.

What should I do guys.

Please advice.

In this case ur evaluation of b.tech degree is not required as per WES website. For engineerinh, they only check masters.

Thanks. Apparently they continued evaluation with Masters degree though Bachelors was listed in the required documents.

Asking this for my cousin, he’s applying for WES for his Diploma of Hotel Management from a college in Melbourne, Australia. The college from where he completed his studies in 2008 is closed now. At where he should apply for transcripts

Hello, I'm ninad . I have a query regarding transcripts. My transcripts were sent from my university from delhi to wes canada , and were delivered on the 10th of august 2020. But there is no status chnage on my wes account , it still shows not received. Please help me . As , I have mailed wes, but they only rply saying one document pending and not received. The tracking details from bharat post shows
M4M received . On 10 th august 2020. But wes is still not updating my status . I am worried now. Please suggest me what should I do.

And, since then my status has not yet updated. It has been almost a month already. I have raised the ticket on their website but nothing has happened so far. Can someone please help me understand this process ?

You can try calling them, I have read elsewhere in this forum that they have waiting times of nearly 45 minutes though.
