May i know when did your documents arrive at their office?

Same here. My husband and I sent our documents on March 13. According to DHL it was delivered to WES on March 30. When I contact WES they just keep telling me what is announced on their website without even answering my questions. So disappointing!

Was your documents picked up by WES as yet?

My documents reached on 30th March as well, and everytime I contact WES - the answer is the same . That they have started processing the documents, and will process mine when they get to mine.

Does anyone know which dates Mail applications are being processed by WES now?

I spoke with them last Friday and they were handling mails received in March ...

Hi everyone,

My transcripts got delivered to WES on 4th April as per the consignment tracker but they havent received it as of now. Everytime I contact them from WES portal, they say there will be a delay dur to covid.
Is there any email id or contact number where they are reachable ?

Also, is someone else facing the same situation ?

I was pleasantly surprised because WES did my evaluation within 2 business days. My university uses 'parchment' to send official transcripts to WES electronically. I would strongly encourage everyone to use the 'parchment' option if it is available to you.

Hey, I have a question for you. I too am going to use Parchment for document delivery. While it shows WES as a recipient in the system, the location against that is of NY, USA. Do you remember if you were able to find WES Canada location in the system or WES US is still going to work? TIA.

12/06 your report is ready.

14 days before schedule, I’m impressed to say the least by WES online system. And thankful in a way to Covid-19 for making institutes opt-out to electronic means. Wish you all the best. Waiting for ITA at 470, wish me luck..

How did you send the documents electronically?
