I got my ECA from WES, but it's confusing. Can I claim points for the Undergraduate Certificate?

Diploma transcript received:- 08/20/2019
Diploma certificate delivered through mail:09/04/2019
We are reviewing your documents:09/04/2019
All docs verified. Evaluation in progress:09/05/2019
(Due for completion on 10/02/2019 - on an expected draw date!)

They received my documents on 01-08-2019 but still they r showing LAST UPDATE 12-08-2019,,,,No update after that,,,,,,Do they really take that much time ‍‍‍

They took 8 days to acknowledge receipt of my documents.

Mine was delivered on the 6th as well, and WES updated my profile on the 11th of Sept.

Till now my status is on hold we are waiting for documents. I don’t know why they are taking to much time as per courier tracking my documents were delivered on 06/09/2019

4 years bachelor degree. But for Mcom it's given 1 the pg diploma equivalency

i got completion date on 10/04/2019. Hope will get within10/01/2019 as everyone is getting theirs earlier then their completion date. let me know when you get yours
