Dude, just count the working days. As per estimate, you'll get an update and an email by 5/6th of August stating that they've sent it for verification. Then after receiving it from your university, they'll do the evaluation. So by another 20/25 days down the line you'll get your evaluation report.
Note: the days I've mentioned are calender days.

Have they been verified once? If not, they'll verify it. What care they give to French universities, I don't have an idea. But yes, 35 business days is for all.

3rd July 2019 PGDM docs reached
5th July 2019 (No Idea)
13th July 2019 (Convocation/degree certificate reached)
15th July 2019 ( No Idea)
All status says same... "We have received ur docs and are under review"
And no due date yet
I get a standard reply whenever I call or mail them.
When I asked them about the 35 working days window, they said it has not yet started.. and would start after my docs status change to accepted

Dude, I'm not an evaluation officer. Just shared my experience with you. And it's not even a month for you. So just relax. Furthermore, they will take their time of 35 business days.

Just got an update that my expected ETA is August 19th. Do you know if my file can still go to secondary verification or is that step over?
