I have 3 questions
1.How long does WES take to do the ECA after documents are received?
2.How long does Canada post take to deliver the report to a city in US(Chicago),thinking whether I should change delivery type to International courier
3.ECA report is required to create express entry profile?Is there a section where the reference number is needed?
