1. )If my university is not listed in WES, but has both AICTE and UGC approvals. Will WES reject it ?
2.) my course (m tech) in my college was in the term of 2013 to 2015. but my university gained AICTE recognition in 2014. will my master's degree be considered as AICTE approved?

Rare chance. WES is very specific with UGC approvals and all. You can try though otherwise try IQAS which is very lenient.

I am from national university of Bangladesh . I have some problem on fill up the forms for Wes evaluation in purpose of my migration application . Those are:
1. What will method of delivery?
2. If it is email in which email they will send my transcript?
3. In the section of relevant and supporting documentation information I can only add one document , so NID is sufficient?
4. How would I let them know which which documents need to send to WES?
5. Verification category will be WES ?
6. What should I write in remarks?

Does WES evaluates 3years masters as Masters degree? and 2 years masters as bachelor degree? I am confused by seeing this video.

use the WES equivalency tool and enter your credentials to see what the assessment might look like.

Thank you.. One of my source told me that AICTE is not mandatory for any university to qualify through WES.

If your university is recognized by WES, that's all it matters. Take a look at the equivalence tool to check if your university and degree are recognized.

I had checked in 'WES Credential evaluation tool' . My university's name is there. But, my university's B tech and MBA are approved by AICTE and UGC.
But M tech is not approved by AICTE. So, i want to understand the chances of WES approving it

actually, i want to take fake, but genuine m tech degree.. that's why i am asking you all these doubts.. the degree i am taking has all UGC and AICTE approvals, and the university is officially offering me this degree but by backdate.... if everything is good for proofs, no problem with WES and IRCC canada immigration right ?

How can it be fake and genuine at the same time.
Honestly, if you do get caught, you will be banned from Canada (ranging from 5 to 10 years sometimes for life depending on the nature of misrepresentation )and potentially the university can be blacklisted.
