WES for Quebec Skilled Worker....... is it needed ???

Is it mandatory to have WES (World Education Services) done for the Quebec skilled worker also?

If yes, then is it needed before getting CSQ or after CSQ ?

I have my WES letter ,ECA report .

IS it applicable under Quebec Skilled Worker Program or I have submit Transcript / Notary as per info given on their websites.

i have submitted both wes copy and transcript's because I. already had wes.
But as said above by jairichi wes is not mandatory.
