My status on WES site was shown 'Completed' on 10th Aug 2015. Below that it says 'Begin Order'. I want to apply for Canadian PR under CEC category. I have already paid to WES toatal of $322.05: $200 + $85 + $37.05 (Educatonal Credential Assessment Package + International Express + HST). So will my ECA report will be visible to CIC or I still need to do 'Begin Oder' and pay additional bucks? Please clarify.
