for ECA which one is better CES / ICAS / WES

Dear Seniors,

Please guide me which one is better and fast for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report from the below:

1. Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies (CES)
2. International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS)
3. World Education Services (WES)

WES's website now says "WES prepares your credential assessment in 20 business days".
CES's website says "CES estimates these current processing timeframes for: FSWP Immigration assessments is approximately 3 weeks."
ICAS's website says "The current processing time for an assessment is approximately 6-8 weeks".

If I was going to get an evaluation today I would use CES.

CES does not require documents to be attested from Pak's HEC... just uni is fine

I have sent them the documents and my uni has sent them directly too. lets see

Don't use CES. They now take 15 weeks for processing.
