WES - ECA upgrade / Add Credential

I Have completed my ECA for Bachelors & now wanted to get the ECA done for my MBA.As i was not sure if my college would forward my docs to WES, i waited & kept tracking until the MBA DOCS reached WES and only then i made the payment on WES site for upgrading/Adding credential. It was only then i realised that WES generates new reference number for every credential evaluation.Now unfortunately my college has dispatched the MBA transcripts using my old WES reference (used for my Bachelors ECA) which was provided to them by me. Is it possible for WES to link my documents using my old reference with the newly issued reference number? Please advise

Yes, talk to them on their contact center number. They will do it.

R u sure they will do it?? I contacted them online and lodged several complaints earlier. One of the Customer Services Agent replied that they shall combine upon receiving my documents, whereas they have already received my documents and nothing has been fone so far.
Have u heard of any case similar to mine??

You will have to follow up a lot.

If that’s the case, i might as well request my University to resend the documents as that would be easier and rather quicker

I called WES and the CS Agent advised that they would link my profile with the newly generated number.

They considered my request to link my numbers (old n new). Currently they r reviewing my docs as per the status updated on WES system
