I'm not sure whether it depends on number of degree(s) or source country ......
Although from 31 July just 24 days passed and up to 35 days as they noticed or from different perspective from 20 July just 33 days passed , yet I do hope receive sooner

July 20 - documents delivered
August 6 - processing new documents
August 6 - analyzing your evaluation
August 17 - documents accepted
August 21 - final review
August 24 - ECA report finished
