they collected our package it takes really 5 seconds to verify and insert into system

No update on my side. Got my wife's certificate today and uploaded. Called the CR to inform them of the update. Lets wait till friday or latest monday.

Once your transcripts/documents are accepted, only then you'll get the option to upload degree certificate and translations
