Just checking when will my exam application status will change based on experience in this group.

Timeline for my eca
1 Sept 2020 - Application started
8 Sept 2020 - Electronic document received from institution, status changed to Analyzing Evaluation is in progress (No ETA).

But no change on status after that.

My WES Timeline:

Courier delivered transcripts on September 10
WES acknowledged receipt on September 19
Reviewed documents on September 21

Estimated completion date October 19

Hopefully they are finished well before that. I would love to be in the pool for the October 1st draw

@sara_H_JDT did you receive your report? Which was your estimation date and when you received? I'm still waiting for my partner's report, estimation date is 25.09 and it is in "under final review" state since 10.09. :|

Update. My partner received her report today and we successfully submit the EE profile. We hope they will invite us on 30.09. CRS score 517 points

How does one appeal a ECA report from WES? I got a 4 year bachelor's + 1 year PG diploma for my masters from one of the top autonomous universities in India.

Will be great if somebody who has appealed a report could share the process.

My WES timeline for ECA for a US masters' degree.

- 8/9 profile creation
- 8/14 mailing of transcript to Canada location (via FedEx from USA)
- 8/17 receipt by WES office (tracking information)
- 8/28 confirmation from WES that all documentation is present (transcript and uploaded degree and unofficial transcript)
- ETA given 9/25
- 9/5 actual receipt of a WES report

For some reason mine got processed super fast after everything was confirmed to be complete

Documents Electronically Sent from Institution: 9th September, 2020
Documents Downloaded Electronically: 10th September, 2020
Realized that WES Incorrectly Downloaded documents: 16th September, 2020 (Spoke to them on the phone, 45 mins on hold, had to send documents again. Institution confirmed that Parchment sent documents correctly, but perhaps WES was using an out-of-date or incorrect browser to view them)
Documents again Electronically Sent from Institution #2: 16th September, 2020
Documents Acknowledged as Received by WES: 18th September, 2020.
In Progress / Evaluating Documents: 23rd September, 2020 (Estimated completion date 21st October, 2020).

Fingers crossed for before that! It's an American Bachelor's Degree, in case that means anything to anyone.

USA masters degree. I didn't go to a big name school
