Awesome, I’m eager to know how wes evaluates Mba from Mdu in your case, for my wife they evaluated as of diploma and we lost 7 points.

No.. my parents just went there a few times and found the person responsible for this task and requested him.

Dear all,

I applied for my ECA through WES a month ago. Last week, the status was put on Hold as they wanted a secondary verification of my MBA credentials. Hence, they have sent an email and post to Madras university and have requested them to reply.

I do not have a clue on which email ID or which postal address WES have sent the documents to. Anyone from Madras University or other similar universities please shed from light on what I can do? My university people are telling they have not received any email or post from WES Canada. Worried. Please assist. Thanks.

My status changed from on hold to we have received your documents and reviewing the same on 13 August 2018.

My report is due on 22 August 2018.

Hello @Jaywalker. Thanks for your reply. A follow up question, hope you don't mind. My university simply replied back to the email which they received as no other email was provided. Isn't it good enough or do they have to send reply to specific address WES might have provided in their email ? WES sent out another email for verification on 6/27 when the account was put on hold again. I will now persuade university to reply back to WES with reference # & more accurate wording. The customer rep said it was the wording of the reply that they were not satisfied because they did receive the reply and acknowledged that.

They need to:1) type the unique ref number ( This is different from the one given to candidate) in the email body; and 2) Certify authenticity of the documents. Thats it.

We appreciate the additional verification process introduced to ensure that candidates only submit authorised documents.

In this case, we are pleased to confirm the authenticity of the documents provided to us as an attachment - both the transcript as well as the diploma.

Kindly proceed with the evaluation of the concerned candidate (C, AB) based on our confirmation for Reference # XXXXXXXXX.

I am appending the email received by IMT (‘REQUEST FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION’) as a final step to facilitate the recording and processing of our confirmation against said candidate.
