WES put my request on hold and sent the re-verification request to Agra university( For bachelors) and uttarakhand technical university ( for masters).
Does anyone know about these universities whether they respond to second verification or not.
Any pointer about how to get this second verification from these universities will be helpful.

I think there is another reason. WES is already overloaded with the documentation work from different countries and they are incapable to fulfill the commitments. In order to reduce the extra stress given by the candidates, asking them again & again about the update of their documents (either by call or email), they are simply telling the false stories that they have not received any response. They will pay attention only when you will request them atleast 3-4 times I guess.
P.S.- My status has been changed from "on hold" to "in progress" atleast 4 times in the past week and I have been given the completion date of my ECA report. A big relief after almost 5 months!

Did you contacted Punjabi University also for replying to WES again? If yes, what was the response of Punjabi University ppl? Did you follow-up with WES through Contact Us option only or any other channel? Please reply as I am also facing the same issue from Punjabi university.

Yeah, I did contact the university. Their service was extremely tedious and so were their responses. However, you may contact the Assistant Registrar Mrs. Harpreet Kaur and ask her for the status of your credentials. She is extremely supportive I've seen any employee in the institution so far. You'll find her in the degree section or the verification one!
Keep buzzing around them and also keep calling WES for the regular updates and faster process. Don't rely on WES responses. They'll simply tell you false stories such as they ain't received any documents from the institution even after getting it (I came across this fact when I contacted my university).
Guys Any one here dealing with Agra University and i am really feeling helpless as they are not telling me whether they have received any e-mail or Post from WES canada. Ideally they should have received it as Uttrakhand Technical University(University where i completed Masters) did receive the document because documents were dispatched on same day from Canada. Anyone got verification request completed from Agra University. Please let me know here. I am loosing hope day by day.
My university confirmed to me that they replied to the verification email on 21st June(friday), however there has been no change in my online status. Have called Wes on every working day (i.e Monday and Tuesday) since then but the call center guys do not confirm anything.
Today have sent a query via Contact us also.
Can anyone confirm as to how many days does WES take to acknowledge reply to the verification email by the university ?
At every step there seems to be an unwarranted hurdle. Super Tired

Guys I have a query, my documents were accepted by WES on June 14. It says your report is due by July 5.
Are there any chances that after acceptance they will send documents to university for secondary verification or I will receive the report on the promised date.
I have read somewhere on the forum that they change the status to secondary verification pending even 1 day before report due date.
Really tensed now, did it happen with someone. Please help guys.
You may request them to show the responded email, if possible. Don't rely on WES. Its staff is full of liars who keep telling you false stories each time you comtact them!
Don't worry if the courier says that your documents have been collected, your application will be updated within 1-2 weeks after scrutinizing the given docs.

Don't worry mate! Its just a matter of few more days. Your status will be updated soon. Don't include the weekends in this process. Your status will precisely be changed this week or the one after.
Guys... I'm on hold as WES is validating my documents directly with my University (MEXICO). My University claim that non of them received the email, does anyone know who they contact? or what's the protocol the use to identify the right person to contact? I want to identify who received it to move forward with my ECA... please advise.... Thanks!
