Hello every one my wes accounts also puts on hold since one month .My university says they will reply as soon ad they receive hard copy .Can you tell me how much time postal mail will take to reach India from Canada please help me.Thanks

Thank you for adding me to the group.
I just got off the phone with someone from my university. Apparently, they are aware of the whole WES secondary evaluation thing and they have a proper process in place for it. I was told that they would get it done once they get the hard copies from Canada and I pay some fee online. They said that it usually takes 15 days to reach them.

Yes, it took like 5+ weeks for the university to get them.

Guys, WES has sent 3 notification to Institution for secondary verification each with 7 weeks of gap, but still Institution is denying receiving of any Email/Courier/Postal mail. Its been 7 months sine i've sent transcripts but still ECA is pending. I have seen personally visited Institute and checked, they've really didnt got Email or Postal mail for my secondary verification.
I've Logged 5-6 cases with "wes contact us" and every time got generic reply that its confidential between WES and instituition and cant reveal on which Email ID they've sent Email.
Pls advise way forward, thought i've gone thru entire thread but still confused.

You can ask WES to send the documents to your university using a courier, will cost you CAD 85. You will get a tracking number with it.
I had done that. Fortunately, my university received the documents 2 days after I requested this service from the first mail and had to cancel that courier option.

This is from the WES FAQ:

"WES sends documents for secondary verification to the appropriate designated official at each institution. Your intervention is generally not required in this transaction. When our evaluators determine that verification is necessary in order to proceed with a report, they send emails and posted letters to the appropriate institutions. Our evaluators wait for the response. If they do not receive a response after seven business weeks, they will follow up with your institution.

If you would like to order international courier services, which includes a tracking number and faster delivery for your verification request, please contact our Customer Service team. "

So Did you modified order after secondary verification Notification? Also, will wes immediately initiate courier after making payment?

Just send them a message using the contact us form saying that you would like to send the verification request again to the University but with a courier option, they will add that fee to your account.
Yes, based on the conversation I had with the customer rep, they will immediately send the courier after the payment.
The thing is, I didn't make the payment for few days as I was out of town, luckily got to know that my university received the documents.

My university got the hard copies after 5 weeks WES mailed them. They should have received the email request at least.

Hard copies include what? Asking because my university received just an envelope containing a letter for verification..
