I tried calling the university; no reponse. Tweeted them; no response. Mailed them; no response.

I am even unsure of the fact that our university even knows what needs to be done in this secondary verification fiasco. Let me know if you get hold of anyone from university.

Ah. That's bad. On which email id's you have sent the email? Let me send them as well so that it creates some pressure if more people are approaching them.

Ok. So, if you received the WES email, it means they have sent the verification request to your university. This would be be at the contact listed on the University website, so its best to check what’s up on the website Contact Us page and then call up the given number or text on the email ID.
Next, ask the concerned department/ person if they have received a verification email from WES. I’ll loop you in on a sample verification mail from WES and the suggested response from the University’s side to such a mail.
Then, hope to God the University responds timely and in the right format. Cheers!

Hello Gurus, my university LNMU is telling me that they have not received any email from WES or any hard copy. WES does not disclose which email address/address they are sending the verification email/hard copy to. It has been more than 2 months now. I talked to Registrar, Contorller of examination both, but they both say that they have not received the email. Pleaaaase help!!! Thanks in advance.

When I called my University [GULBARGA UNIVERSITY ,KARNATAKA] they don't know what to do and saying they haven't received any mail or letter from WES asking for verification. Don't know what to do kinnda of stuck....Appreciate your help and lead if any...

Looks like things are falling in place for all of us My husband’s account has also progressed from ‘on hold’ to a scheduled completion date of 19th June. Let’s see if they can meet the promised deadline THIS time at least!!!

1. Can you pls share the details of the VDR mail that has been sent to the Universities.
2. What is the exact procedure of the verification the University has to follow in order to make it acceptable by WES
3. To which email id the University has to respond.

Went to south campus and north campus day before yesterday. Degree gets verified from north campus for which DD of usd 100 to be made, The SBI branch in campus will make DD for equivalent amount. WES sends mail to registrar, north campus. For statement of marks the same mail has to be forwarded to south campus. Another DD of USD 100 to be made for this and to be submitted at south campus. At window 3, gautam will be there in north campus. Ask him to check wes mail by giving your reference number. The lady outside dean office in room number G4 will check the mail and forward it to south campus. Ask for print out of first page from her and show it to south campus. Take a copy of that mail and attach to the DD in south campus. Hope this helps....

Hi all .
Have just started reading the thread today so i am not sure if the same query has been answered .Requesting anyone s help on the same as our Wes is on hold now from quite a long time . Since September end.
This is with my wife's account as she has passed from Delhi University . Delhi University has started charging for replying to the verification email sent by WES .
We just got an email from Wes saying university of Delhi will need fees to verify but we are not able to contact any one in Delhi University.
Few questions:
1) If any body has faced such issue with Delhi University it ll be great if you can share the process and whom to get in touch with
2) we somehow got in touch with one person from South Campus and after checking the email they confirmed no verfication email has come to them from Wes on my wife's name . .
3) As per Delhi University we need to pay 100 USD for 1 verification where as back is not making a dd in usd as it is payable in India .

Requesting any ones help on this as we are not able to figure out any solution .
