I got my WES Report as follows: Completion of a college-level certificate (one year) and diploma (two years)

My question is does this mean three years of college study? Can i claim 20 points in SINP application?

You can claim 2 years. You don‘t have a three year diploma or degree, and can’t combine the two programs.

Same program. Same institution. The first is a Technician Diploma while the second is a Full Technological Diploma. The FTD comes after you aquire the Technician Diploma.

How can it be the same program if you received a certificate and diploma.? You can claim 2 years but not combine unless you ask for reassessment from WES. You need your institution to provide documentation that it is one program and a three year diploma, not a two year diploma and one year certificate.
