Hello Seniors
Could you pls guide me regarding the below mentioned issue.
I did my ECA with WES for both my Bachelors (B.Com) and Masters(M.Com) - both from M.G University, Kerala, India. But my Canadian Equivalency Summary shows it as Bachelor's degree ( four years ) despite B.Com shown as bachelors 3 years and M.com shown as bachelors 4 years. My query is can i select the 2 or more degree or diploma option when i create my EE profile :

...Thanks in advance

That's your best bet! You can't claim more points than ECA gives you.
Short answer is No. You only get points for your highest ECA qualification. In your case it's the 4 yrs Bachelors Degree.
Why wouldn't he be able to claim two or more certificates, diplomas, degrees, etc as long as one is longer than three years? I think that gives three more points

Because CIC allots a maximum amount of points for foreign Educational qualifications. The maximum CRS points without an LMIA or PNP is 600. A person with a Bachelors Degree, Masters, and/or PHD or any other combinations of Educational credentials will easily surpass the 600 mark once points for language, age, Foreign Work Experience and/or Canadian Experience are included. Hence CIC issues only points for those who have an ECA for their highest Educational qualification.
Re-read the post and realize I was wrong. Sorry to create confusion.
