Also, if they don't end up recognizing do they ban the person or just don't reward points for that particular degree?

1.First of all are these universities are recognised by the WES CANADA for ECA? and
2.Friends, does any one of you had already done ECA WES CANADA with these universities 1.VBS, jaunpur (UP) 2. Monad, hapur (UP) and 3. Manav Bharthi, (Himachal pradesh) if so, please kindly throw some light on it please and if some body had already done then please try to explain in detail, highly appreciated.

I have applied for ECA through IQAS, As per my courier documents have been received by IQAS on 2nd Nov 2018, but still neither I have got acknowledgment email from IQAS, nor the process started. Does anyone have any idea that how much time does IQAS take in order to acknowledge documents and initiate the process?
