Hey y'all.

Just curious of what others experience is with loading documents with the Web form?
I am unable to link our account. So the other choices are mail or Web form.
We needed two documents translated and now deciding to mail from India or use the Web form to save sometime.
Any experiences or what did others prefer to do? I know with mail you can track it and have someone sign for it. So you know it's physically there.
But with web form, you just submit and that's it?
