Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else is having the following message on their CIC account:

'We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details.'

But then there are no messages so I have zero idea what information they could possibly need from me. No email or online message.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? What happened to resolve it?

I have left it a few days in case it was an online glitch but its still there...

Any help would be appreciated :)
 
Same with me. Apparently IRCC is having issues since their recent update. I guess they are still having issues. They indicated that if they really needed additional documents that there would be a message in MyCIC.

I'm having the same problem, so do many others. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
