IRCC Added spouse to file on 13th December.
They requested IMM5645 on 13th December.
On 16th December ADR status changed to: We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

My spouse still has to do biometrics.

Anybody have any idea what will happen next or how long it will take to get the biometrics letter and then visa?

If your spouse is accompanying he/she would definitely need biometrics except non accompanying. Nobody knows how long it takes to get anything anymore, everyone's case is unique. All we do is wait. However from previous experiences biometrics is usually one of the first things they request before anything else.

We are just waiting for biometrics letter. Everything else is done. Fingers crossed it comes soon

Application submitted on Nov 27, 2020. Biometrics - Dec 29. Medicals - Feb 8, 21.
Mar 9 - Received request for additional documents. Uploaded on same day.
Eligibility : "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." on Mar 9

Mar 16th received update that the document has been received and the status on account says
"We are reviewing the additional documents you provided. "

The additional documents request and upload - will it delay my application processing? Does anyone have an idea on this?

Hello all, I am in the same situation. I was asked for additional documents on 1st March and I uploaded it the next day. There was an update on my account that the 'Review of my additional documents started on 4th March' and I didn't get any updates after that.

Is anyone with the same situation as mine? Timeline in my signature.

I googled a lot while I was also waiting. At least 95% of people that received PCC as ADR were approved .

I submitted my ADR. Months later, they updated that we are reviewing the additional documents you provided, which made me happy but I also see that my eligibility section has changed back to "We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.". It was earlier at we are reviewing your eligibility.

Any clue what might be happening? My application has been in progress for last 9 months now.

PCC = Police Clearance Certificate
ADR = Additional Document Request (sent by IRCC)
