Do you mean the column "Options" still shows "Update Information" in your account? If so, I guess you have not submitted the documents yet. You have to hit the "Next" button as per the instructions below, which are shown at the beginning of the upload page.
When the document is uploaded, select the "next" button to sign and submit the document(s). Once you've uploaded the document(s) requested, you will receive a confirmation message in your account.

Mine was refuse today "Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable)" even thought I had enough for 2 years tuition plus living expense. I think my biggest error was forgetting my SOP letter
