In the checklist I believe, it asks to write the location and a description of the event in the photo, in addition to date of birth. Did they mean to write date the photo was taken?

Also I am making a timeline of my photos on a word document so is it okay to TYPE that info beside the picture?

Thanks!

You have to mention the sponsor’s and principal applicant’s date of birth (to keep track so they don’t misplace the photos). You also specify day the photo was taken (a rough estimated date will also do if you don’t remember the exact date).

You can make it in word and caption them below or next to the picture no problems there.

So I have to write:

Sponsors DOB: ****/**/**
Principal applicants DOB: ****/**/**

On every single photo?

If you are providing printed photos, yes. Not if its a word document. Just write the details on the first page
Name of PA:
Date of Birth
Name of Sponsor:
Date of Birth:
Application Number:
PA’s UCI Number:
Title (eg: Relationship timeline photos)

Would also suggest you to add a header on each page with PA’s name on top left and application number on top right.
Each photo should have description, date, location it was taken and people in the photo. You don’t need to individually name each and every one, just write who they are to the sponsor or the PA for eg: (Sponsor’s name) Uncle, PA’s name maternal aunt etc. (Except maybe if the pic has only 3-4 people, then you can name everyone).
