After emailing the warsaw office last week asking for updates, they just got back to my wife.
They said its still in process and she will soon receive receive an invitation for an interview in the moscow office. Ive heard they ask some pretty random questions, like what colour is your spouses tooth brush?
Since we dont live together yet because she's still in armenia, what kind of questions might they ask her?
And if the interview goes well, would they issue the visa on the spot?
Should I fly down as well and meet her there?

By case specific, do you mean if I included our case number in the email? Or is there another email I can reach them at? I used this email address warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and attached our application number with a request for updates if there are any.
My wife and me were extremely excited to read this morning that her sponsorship was approved with the Visa Office in Warsaw! It took 2 1/2 months from when her application was sent to Poland!
She will be coming in June after some affairs are taken care of. Very shocked on the speed of this! My wife is from Kazakhstan as well, and Russian nationality.
Took only 2 months from January to end of February for me to get approved as a sponsor, and 2 1/2 from March to May for approval for my wife!
So far this has been an extremely smooth process. Once she arrives in Canada, I will have her passport sent off to Ontario (She has a 7 Year Multi-entry Visitor Visa), and once returned we're flag polling to the US border and she will be landed. Have to do this due to wait times on exit visa in her country, other wise we will be past the Medical Due Date.
Has anyone else had fast times with Warsaw? I've seen online up to 4 months! We completed everything including my part in 4 1/2 months.
Congratulation Yes, it is quite quick office. It took us too 4,5 months with interview. It is hard to complain about the speed with Warsaw Have smooth landing
Just my opinion, I would call/email the VO. Some officers apparently do not email and perhaps there was an issue with delivery if it were by post. As the PPR has a 30-day submission time, I would ensure with them that it is not sent yet, rather than them having sent it and are awaiting documentation.
