I am skilled worker and working as Sr. SOftware tester in New Delhi India.
My husband is also doing job and we have a 1 year old son. We want to apply for Immigration. We are very confused about its processing times.
I am getting lots of emails regrading getting Immigration in just few months.
Plz let me know if it is true and is this is the right time to apply.
FSW under this caegory normally it takes abot 60 64 months.but as per new regulation it seems it will take only 15 months.check with CIC site.also senior members can help.
FSW from India used to be very slow but with the new rules it will be much faster. Only thing is you have to qualify to apply with a job offer or a occupation on the most wanted list. Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp for more info.
