i am not getting any points for my husband because all his education is not regular.Can i make spouse any of my blood relation like brother, sister or nephew? if so, can my husband go with me,as dependent or what would happen as i can not go without him and i need 2 more points .
hi, i think u can only take spouse and children at first time and then when u go in Canada then u can apply for ur dependentt brother or sister in a family visa stream.
as long as i know but u should wait for the expert comments.
As far as I have understood the process, for spouse the education must be full time or full time equivalent, that means it can be correspondence or distance learning mode also. but not private education. if you husband has done his education from distance learning or correspondence then you can get his marks also.

If I read your posting correct, because your husband does not have the point needed you want to use your blood relation as your spouse, then put your spouse name as a dependant? Am I correct? If yes…. What marriage certificate will you present? And also how will you explain your husband relationship as dependant?
The term spouse refers to a partner in a marriage:
Husband, referring to a male
Wife, referring to a female
In some usages, a partner in a civil union, domestic partnership or common-law marriage.
So, the short answer is - No, you cannot 'make' any of your blood relation as spouse.
