Want A PR with International Student through PGD

I'm Arage Ali, currently residing in Karachi, Pakistan. I wish to Immigrate to Canada and get a PR as an International Student. Currently I have been accepted for 8 months Post Graduate Diploma with Co-op option in Seneca College, Ontario. Due do higher fees and Low GPA I have not applied for any Masters program and of course if I apply now it will probably take 6 months to get any admission feedback. I have the following profile:

Graduate Degree: Bachelor's of Business Administration from one of the top most universities of Pakistan
CGPA: 2.23 approximating 75%
IELTS: 7.0 Bands
GMAT: 560
Work Experience: 4 years in Financial Institution
Extracurricular Activities: Various
CFA Level 1 & 2 cleared

Please apprise me If should go for PGD in Seneca College and finally a PR?. Will I get the work before my Diploma ends? Will I get the Student Visa?

Hey Ali, if you really wanna study at canada then you can apply as student visa but according to your situation why don't u apply under Federal skilled category's ? As I can see you have 4 years experience and 7 band in ielts with grauation degree. Check federal skilled category requirement on CIC website and better to post in FSC in this forum.

Thanks Alot for your view but I work experience doesnot exactly match with Fedral Skilled Work Program. Plus I want to get into canada for studies as well. Will I get the work before ending of my studies ? or should I apply for Fresh Masters Program?
