Hey, I got a reply from them saying my application has been approved and I should wait for further instructions...and that they cannot confirm by when they will be sending further instructions....Read "further instructions" as PPR mail I think..

Batches are assigned once file is approved by a visa officer. Watch your email today 7 pm ottawa time, if your file is in Ottawa. They are quick, but recently have been taking 2-3 weeks in ip2

Every case is different. Just because your case is stuck for a reason or another, doesnt make the VO slow. In past few months, most of the quick cases finishing in less than a month to 2 months were done in Ottawa.
