When we apply for PR, can you tell me where it goes first? I emailed CPC Ottawa and today they said it's with CPC Ottawa center.

I have emailed Ottawa and Delhi. And I filled the Delhi web form.
But I think I’ve created a ruckus over nothing. In my gcms notes it is mentioned that rfv emailed. I thought it was emailed to me and I missed the email. But, after reading extensively through the forum I’ve realized that it was actually just sent to the Delhi office and not to me. And as it is obvious from the various NDVO threads that they are slow. Also possibly they seem to have skipped the late May early June batch like it happened a month ago when they skipped the late April early May batch.
Almost finishing 3rd week in IP2. On immitracker it's always about 15 days or less so I should start to get worried and ask for GCMS notes or do I wait some more?
