Waiting for visa from Oct 18th, Please suggest me what to do next

Hi all,

I have submitted my application at chennai vfs on oct 18th and my file reached chc delhi on 21st oct. After exceeding processing time of 15 working days, I wrote to chc asking my application status and they replied on 21st Nov saying they are awaiting my satisfactory medical results and once the same are received, the processing of my application would resume.

But I had done upfront medicals on Sep 30th and submitted the sheet along with my visa application. So I replied them by providing the medical reference number and a scanned copy of my medical sheet through email and their case specific enquiry portal. Even I checked with the hospital authorities regarding this multiple times and they informed me that they have already submitted the medicals and they can not resubmit it.

Its now passed two weeks after I replied and there is no response from their side. My application status in VFS site is "under processing". I have sent multiple mails and enquiries to CHC but there is no response from their side..

Please suggest me what should I do next. ? Does this long delay means a rejection?

3 year work exp as Software Engineer
Got admission in University of Waterloo for MASc in Electrical and Computer Eng with research assistantship which covers full fee.

Yes, sort of.. I applied on Nov 26 under university category at chandigarh chc. Though it is under normal processing time but everyone till Nov 29 have got their decisions made. I'm kind of worried

actually I forgot to submit my e-receipt along with documents.so I submitted that with the differ letter for January intake.i mailed them earlier and they sent an auto reply message to me..after that I e mailed them numerous times but failed to get any response from them.

Hey,

Few of my friends are also undergoing the same phase as yours. As far as they are concerned, its just wait n watch. Theres nothing we can do abt until CHC come up with their decision, I guess. Good Luck.

From then no reply, my Dean of Faculty sent them an urgent query last week, they told her that they r waiting 4 my medicals and my semester starts january 6, 2014 So i don't knw wats to do.
