I have received a call from Philippine Consulate in BC, I am from GP, Alberta, I ignored their calls for I was afraid they knew about my
status. I am currently out of status (illegal). My extension expired on May 9, at the moment I want to submit an application for TRV,
but they did not accept it because my passport is expired. I only have 35 days left out of 90 days restoration. It is said that it takes 8-10
weeks before I received a renewed passport. I am afraid that it will reach my restoration. What will be the best way to do? Is waiting for renewed passport can extend my restoration?
Okay, what if my renewed passport arrived beyond 90 days? I can not apply for restoration beyond that anymore? Will this be a call for travel document so that I just leave Canada?

Thanks! But the agency (Apex Immigration) just emailed me now and I have told him about the situation. I will be able to receive my passport 65-80 days, and I only have at least 30 days. He just told me to give him the copy as soon as I have it. What if it arrived on my 85th day our of 90day period, will it extend my stay? It makes me feel like I can extend my stay because of what the agency said.

Again, you need to submit your restoration application and it must reach CIC before the 90 days passes. If your application reaches CIC in time, then CIC will consider your application and you may or may not be approved. If your application reaches CIC after the 90 days have passed, you will be refused. It's very straight forward.
FYI - I wouldn't rely on consultants. Many of them don't offer the best advice
Oh. Yes, maybe consultants are just trying to maximize my 90day stay though they already knew that my application will just be disapproved due to period of time. I might just have a week before it arrives and as you have said, within 7 days, I may be approved or not. And sure it will not make me exceed to 90days of stay.
I think it was clear enough talking with you guys rather than those consultants
