Hi . I have a similar situation.
Working holiday visa expired in September . Work extension sent before expiration but realized that I should have sent a visitor one . My lawyer keep saying that am under implied status but I know she is mistaking ! know now that I have to send a restoration explaining why ( waiting for wedding certificate to apply inland , incredibly long ) but 60 days are passed. Does it mean I have 30 days less to apply for restoration or actually received an accepted restored fees . I can see it takes up 3 months to receive an answer so my best bet would be to leave and apply Outland?
