It goes from the day you land as a PR; right now, the wait time is 53 days. But that does change quite often. When my partner landed 2 months ago, it was only 35 days. Keep checking the website for updated processing time

That's what I want to know also. So far it's not looking very good, I think what it means is that they have received your landing documents. I was hoping they change it once the card is ready, but given how long I've been waiting, I don't think that's the case.
