Waiting for PPR

Hi, we have done our medical on 3rd nov-09 for my me , my wife and my son. passport was returned as My wife was pregnant and chc singapore sent a letter asking fees for new born after birth and other papers and i have sent all papers for new born baby on 30th march-10. still waiting for their reply.

can anyone tell me how long i have to wait for the ppr again.
