Hi everyone,

Regards

Hello!, initial assessment means they have reviewed your documentation and may/may not request additional documentation depending on what you've provided to them or if you missed anything.
These guys are very inconsistent. I sent another inquiery yesterday morning and this is what I got today:
Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.
e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only.
Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo.
Do not use the CIC e-Cas on-line change of address system. Your new address will not be downloaded to your file in Buffalo.
Regards,

ah okay. I was not able to fully read the CFO issuance.... Thanks... Actually waiting na nga pala kami ng PPR... Kakatapos lang ng medical exams namin nong November... I hope and pray na di naman yon magtagal...
I'm enjoying reading your sharing, educating myself so I can also share things with my husband and kids. At least, alam ko na ang mga next moves namin.
Hey guys. English please...if you want to speak in your own language got PM. We are trying to help each other and you won't like it if I start speaking spanish, will you?
Effective 1 December 2010, Filipino emigrants do not need to make prior reservation/appointment to attend the CFO Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) or Peer Counseling session in Manila.· However, reservations made on or before 30 November 2010 will still be honored. The number of attendees per session shall be limited, so emigrants are advised to come to CFO at least one (1) hour before the start of the orientation session. For clarifications, please contact the CFO help desk at (02) 5631965 or (02) 5618321 loc 103-104.
Attendees are also advised about the new schedule of CFO orientation sessions:

I'm also looking forward for the PPR. I hope you will got your PPR soon, it would mean we will be the next. I made my medical last Dec.10 and Nationwide forwarded to CEM last Dec. 29. Hopefully this stage will only take a month or two, unlike the waiting for MR.
