I also read from other forum, that it is possible to bring with you your dependent older than 21 years old if he/she is still single, not working and still continuing his/her studies. He/she has no other financial support and is fuilly dependent on his/her parents.

oh really thanks..yup my dependent is still single although he is already 26 years old..and the visa office also included him in the medical request.we did our medical last july 2010 and we are waiting for PPR. btw steven i heard about paying for landing fee. is there any fee we have to pay aside for processing fee while waiting for PPR. and what category you applied for? and did you seek any help from immigration consultancy.thanks steven God bless you

I applied under PNP general stream category, I do not seek any consultation from agency. Reading from different forum really helps me a lot. The RPRF ( right of permanent residence fee) request usually comes with the medical notice request. Other applicant like me paid the RPRF together with the processing fee. If you're not requested for RPRF yet it is unusual, if i'm not mistaken that fee is used for your CoPR ( confirmation of Permanent Residence) and your PR card when you arrive there. Maybe the request wasn't delivered yet but if it takes too long, you can also send inquiry to CEM about that.
