I just send my passport to embassy last January 13.
I might receive my VISA before end of this month.
So..it seems that you will be leaving for Canada earlier than your plan.

My boyfriend passed his passport last December 8 and til now he hasnt received yet his VISA. Do you have any idea why it took more than a month now?

what does the package include besides the visas? any instructions? like sell properties, seminars before leaving etc.

sammy09, the docs package from the embassy includes the passports stamped with visa, COPRs for the 4 of us, immunization record forms (for my two kids aged 12 and 9) to be filled in by my kids' pedia, instructions on seminars (pdos and the canadian government-sponsored seminar), and some of the original docs i sent them (e.g., TOR, university diploma, and employment certificates).
