Waiting for more than 4 months

I submitted my application on 3rd June 14' for Columbia college Vancouver for the High school completion program. Still haven't received any reply from the embassy, and had to defer my admission to the Winter semester. I tried sending several emails but everytime got an auto generated reply. What should I do?
