Waiting for Medical forms since April 2012....after refusal !!

Dear all

my case was rejected...but after re evaluation my applciation was re-selected !!
Now m waiting since April 2012....
i have sent them an email 2 months ago that what is the status they have informed me that back ground check are going on ...you should wait..

my category was 2113...

can u please guide me.......shud i again send them email or wait...............>??

i hope some one will guide me !!! :'( :'( :'(
