I sent PFL response 20 days ago but i ve not received anything except for an automated message right after i sent the email that day .

You will get a response when they make a decision. No sense in sending webforms because there are no timelines. It could take weeks, months or years depending on reasons for PFL. It can take a long time for IRCC to conduct its investigation and follow up on how you responded.
