Recently, I saw many applicants got DM after PAL within a week. However, I have no updates after PAL

MPNP inland with 1 dependent:
AR 08/28/2020
AOR 04/22
MP 05/20
GU1 06/11
PAL 06/12
GU2 06/15 and Bio fee refunded
No Adr

I've ordered GCMS notes but I have to wait for one month. I believe there are applicants have the same situation. Any thoughts?
