I did not get any update yet as i went to my lawyer office yeaterday
She said its nothing to worry , every file process differently shouldnot be too long now...
I am hoping for best everybody who are waiting for PR.

hi guys , I have same situation "IN PROCESS" since April 28 2014 no updates yet and my work permit also going to expire soon I have no idea how to make it work . It's long waiting game looks like take forever any suggestion please.

apply for bridging open work permit while waiting for the DM

Yeah it looks like , they taking forever...
i have no idea, why they taking while for some of October applications, i hope they will done all pending application this year.

yeah you are right I am also tired from this waiting. I hope they don't refuse application after long waiting

No i did not contact cic as my lawyer said that the processing time is 17 months
Even on cic website there is written that dnt submit any querry while your application within
Processing guidlines , its not only we people lots of application goes through long processing time period
So we can just hope to get it soon... Hopefuly this year.

yeah rick is right I got response from MP and she told me same things and she said my file ready for visa but they following processing time that's why I guesse we all waiting but still my application in process. Keep update guys thank you
