Which city do you live in ON? Local visa office has to work for your COPR. Etobicoke seems to be late.

Just like a update. ECAS shows completed and says I landed at Vancouver.

Currently I am in Richmond. I just got the COPR letter too. I just need to send pictures with it for the Card.

Your local visa office seems to be Etibicoke. Please find a thread. You may know that by calling IRCC.

Did you check your GC key? My ECAS showed complete around 5 AM in the morning and I got my COPR this morning itself.

Same here. I don't have access either. As long as ECAS shows complete and it says you landed as a PR, there is nothing to worry about. You will get it sooner or later.
